Recently, the MySolar team had the opportunity to appear on the TV programme The Complaints Show, where we were invited to assist homeowners experiencing difficulties with their solar panel installations.
The programme highlights real consumer issues and works with industry experts to help resolve them. As a company working in solar energy every day, we welcomed the chance to contribute our knowledge and help homeowners understand what had gone wrong with their systems and how the problems could be addressed.
Why Solar Issues Sometimes Occur
While solar PV systems are generally reliable and long-lasting, problems can arise when installations are poorly designed, incorrectly installed, or when homeowners are not given clear guidance on how their systems should operate.
